I'm sure you could with practice and experimenting with different techniques. I played a lot with textures on this picture and photoshop effects like blurs.... you could even use your BJD as references too! I wish I had one of those dolls. They look so amazing (but so expensive!)

yeah a graphic tablet makes my life a lot easier o_o I used to draw with a mouse way back when the graphic tablets weren't massively produced XD
